Many employees appear to be consistently overworked due to staffing shortages and demanding workloads. Workers are often expected to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including customer service, inventory , maintenance with the store, other operational tasks. There are concerns that employees are not receiving sufficient breaks during long shifts and that scheduling practices may contribute to physical and mental exhaustion. Excessive workloads can negatively impact employee well-being, workplace morale, and the quality of customer service. Additionally, some employees feel their concerns regarding workload, scheduling, and workplace expectations are not being adequately addressed. I was actually surprised too at how well kept and professional looking everything was inside. Not to say that the outside looked the opposite but just based off the fact that most smoke shops can be overly packed of items and just shoved and crowded all together on shelves. And most spots have that really strong, smokey smell and usually prefer the place to be dimly lit. But this place was bright and fresh smelling. The humidor was super clean and fresh smelling too for a humidor. All their merch was orderly displayed on shelves and made everything look presitgious. The girl working that night was super friendly too which is always a plus. We bought a couple things of cigarettes which we're about the same price as everywhere else. So if we were in the area again, we will definitely be stopping in again for our fix here!
