She put together a design for us and recommended Aaron's team at Landscape Experts due to their experience with softscaping and hardscaping, especially their brick work. Some things Aaron's team did for us: Laid a brick pathway, laid a flagstone patio, installed pathway lights, installed much needed drainage, installed a drip system and Rachio controller (to program the sprinklers from your phone), resurfaced an existing raised seating area for us as it was completely deformed (likely from earthquakes), placed mulch, planted all of the trees and plants, etc. An additional note, Aaron doesn't forget about you once the job is done. They were recommended by my swim spa dealer, Turbo Spas in Dublin. The crew was easy to work with, professional and followed my instructions to the letter. I just want to give some feedback from what I have learned since because this will help others avoid the same mistake I made. After waiting 28 days for the concrete to cure I set my 12' swim spa and 8' hot tub on the pad. 6 months later my swim spa cracked on the bottom. I am not sure about this but I believe the spa cracked because of the control lines running underneath the spa because that is where the spa shell cracked. Lessons learned is never add control lines where a swim spa will be set. This was no fault of Swanson's, It was my fault for recommending control line locations. All is well now because my swim spa was repaired and I have the spa floating on 3" of crushed rock and a spa pad. The spa pad and rock sit on top of 6" steel reinforced concrete.

We had Black Diamond design and install pavers for our front and back yards two years ago. A few…read moremonths back, we noticed loose pavers on the stairs leading up to the house and larger-than-normal gaps between the pavers in other locations. I called Black Diamond and Chavalah and Ayla in customer support scheduled repairs within a couple of weeks. Hector came out and not only fixed the pavers we had marked, but also proactively inspected the remaining pavers and fixed them as well. We're glad to have chosen Black Diamond for this project.
