I was notified by email and phone confirmation of our appointment the other day and when I showed up nobody was there. I was STOOD UP and then when I emailed them about this, they gave me excuses and said it was my fualt. Don't believe me? Here's their quote, "We regret you were lost, but would like to assure you "no-showing" is not the proper way to conduct business & we would not still be in business with an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau for more than TWENTY SIX years if this was how we conducted our business." I was not lost, the company name was on the system there and this was the correct address I was given.... this is an UNPROFESSIONAL agency, and I for one will be taking my business elsewhere.
