This shop offers an eclectic bunch of artistic gifts, crystal stones, jewelry (lots of bracelets), and other knick knacks that you probably don't need but can easily be coaxed into buying. The shop is small and likely gets stuffy when it's busy, but we visited during the winter afternoon lull. Not many others were out, so it was easy to browse. My mom left with a bag full of stuff for other family members and her friends, so I'd say it was a successful visit. I'll go back when trying to find her a Mother's Day or Birthday gift later this year!

But they also offer a cute jewelry, clothes, and consignment (all sales final) section. I couldn't resist purchasing a versatile clunky bracelet, and my mom treated herself to pre-birthday earrings and a bracelet that she tried on, loved, and forgot was on her arm until she walked up to the register! For the clothes, they're contemplating creating a dressing room area in a side corner. As of now, you can still try them on via their restroom in the back, which has a full-length mirror. You are not only painting your board, but also sanding and distressing the wood to your style and choosing your stain. Some of the crafts feature items besides wood too, like my mason jar craft. We heavily used stencils, so an artsy touch is not required, and the owners were great about helping us clean up some small mistakes too. In fact, the owners were so friendly and helpful, they really made the whole event fun and we learned a lot along the way. They are BYO, so you can also bring along a drink! You don't have to get too messy, but you do work with paint so I'd recommend clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
