I called Donnelly Plumbing and Amy helped me with my water heater. She was very knowledgeable. I told her what was going on and she recommended a new water heater. She ask if I had measurements and I gave them to her. She set up for a service appointment to replace my water heater the next day. Dale installed the new water heater. Our new home never had water pressure coming into our freestanding bathtub. Plumber for our homebuilder said it was the free standing faucet. I had Donnelly Plumbing come to my home in Old Town due to a bad odor intermittently coming from my bathrooms. They sent Dale and Eric over to evaluate and fix the problem. I had made a mistake by trying to save a few bucks and letting a local handyman redo my bathrooms. Big Mistake! The handyman did not vent the bathrooms correctly and the septic gas would at times back up into my home. Both Dale and Eric showed up on time and over about three hours they fixed my gas problem. Dale and Eric were courteous and professional and answered all and any questions I had. I don't want this to be an attack on Handymen, they can do many things that I don't want to or not equipped to do, but something like plumbing, electrical, etc. should be done by professionals. It was expensive but like everything else over the last few years prices have gone up. I would and will recommend Donnelly Plumbing to anyone with plumbing problems. read more

We awoke to a gurgling toilet on1/2/2021 and not knowing a reliable plumber in the area, I remember the name of Tom's business so after myself using an Auger tool in the toilet with no good results I called Tom and he was busy but said he would stop by shortly, about 20-30 minutes was at our home and himself and Dale worked quickly, professionally to clear the main drain in the concrete floor and it took 2 different types of auger tools and around 100 ft of cable they were able to clear the blockage. They respected not only us but our home as well. They left no mess and explained to me everything they were going to do and why. Way too expensive, they manipulated us into them coming out with 2 guys saying, less time. we had them install a kitchen sink and faucet and a 2 bathroom faucets and reinstall a reverse osmosis that had been installed incorrectly by another local business which was not liscensed, it ended up flooding out our kitchen and the owner never answered the phone as hot water sprayed all over. we were hoping Donnlly was honest, "thinking hey! we will check better this time, their licensed."The price they charged 2 senior ladies, was insane. for a job they brought a new guy too and it all dragged on for 4 hours! insult to injury: both the jobs were crap. probably about a year in the bathroom sinks both leaked. First, the one in the first bathroom leaked, we called and they said they'd come but never showed, we played phone tag, and my 84 year old mother gave up. Then the other sink leaked, my brother was visiting from out of town and he replaced the fixture and stopped the leaking. Now the kitchen sink is leaking, gooey brown stuff is dripping from all the joints and everything flooded. We called Donnelley Plumbing and was told it's been over a year and they don't warranty their work past a year! What a terrible company.. Very unprofessional. I am taking my professional time, to add a post because if i can stop anyone from using these people I think it's time we'll spent. Save your money and find someone else. read more
