This is an honest company with great Customer Service from start to finish and the price was very reasonable ! This is a great company to work with . everyone was patient and helpful when I called to purchase new steps for my mobile home . I never had to go to the sales lot , everything was done over the phone , I was instructed on how to measure my existing steps that were 20 yrs old and not safe I had put this off not knowing who to purchase from or trust . i was refered to this company by another company that did Mobile home work . once I saw the website and started the process of making appointment to purchase steps and for delivery, I made a goof choice . Jason and Brandon, the build team, came out and built a beautiful 19.6x10 ft deck for us. They were meticulous, always on time and extremely professional. Their knowledge of what was needed and our request for what we wanted made it a seamless build from creation to end result. I wish I could say more, but stellar is as good as I can think of. Office staff professional. Crew that came to install skirting did a terrible job. There were holes around the entire home where they dug out old skirting. Crew came back twice to fix. They left before notifying me to do a walk around together. I called supervisor & never got a return call. After 2nd visit skirting was not in the ground more than 2 inches. Hired another crew to put dirt on the inside & outside of skirting with all the dirt they dug out & left in piles around house. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. read more
