Very good value for money and very tasty fare, their burgers and pies are not too greasy which is nice. My family have been using this place for years and on a weekend it gets busy. Has its own limited car park with access off two sides of the Ketley crossroads.

The queues get very long at certian times of the day at this post office, especially at lunch time…read more Most mornings theres already a queue formed just before its opened. It can be very hot waiting in the queue, until you get to the front of the queue as theres an air conditioning fan right above your head. The plastic screens with speakers in that the staff are behind can make it very hard to hear some of them, and some of the card reader machines dont work, which can be extremely embarrassing. Staff are helpful and normally cheerful. They dont mind ebayers, and are happy to discuss alternative postal methods.

The post office is…read moreusually quite busy in the mornings, at lunchtime and at the end of the day, so I would avoid coming to here at those times if you can avoid it. The post office has very competent staff and I have never once lost my temper in the queue or for inferior service by the staff. They also have a fairly wide range of magazines and confectionary and I am always striking up a conversation with the very friendly chap that works at the confectionary counter. He is slightly abstract in his thinking, but once you can appreciate his sense of humour you will be addicted to speaking to him. Good service, short waiting times and a pleasant atmosphere. Yes Moseley Post Office ticks all of these boxes. Surely this can't be a real post office?
Like most things in Moseley, the post office has character to it. Can't say that I've ever reviewed…read morea post office before. But then I can't say I've been into any particularly memorable post offices before. Other than this one. Firstly, let me just say that the staff are all very efficient and know their stuff. But, for me, one of the pluses of this particular post office is the other customers. The diverse variety of people you get in Moseley appears to be condensed into its post office queues, so time spent in the queue seems to go much faster. Who knew that a post office queue could be diverting? The guy behind the newspapers & confectionary counter always has something amusing to say as well, just to keep you entertained on your way out. Of course, it's also in a lovely historic building too, which is a bonus. And I've never had anything other than good service there. So, it may only be a post office, but one perhaps slightly more worth noting.

Small post office normally very busy and full of drug addicts cashing their benefits so queue can be long and smell can be unbearable. Sells small selection of chocolates, magazines and cards of a reasonable price along with cigarrettes which are dramatically overpriced. Staff are friendly although more so at the confectionary counter than the actual post office counter.
