As I walked in I saw a waiting area & two hair stations. I feel it is missing a checkout counter. However, they deal with their own payouts. I was accompanied to the waxing room where I had a place to put my purse & jacket. When I was ready to undress, she gave me a baby wipe to wipe myself. (Which, I think is awesome) then I remember her putting on some powder before the sugar. Before the session she not only washed her hands but alcohol sprayed in front of me. During the session she took her time & help me feel comfortable. When we finished with the front area she turned me over to one side & continued.
