Scheduled visit got there was canceled without a phone call. They didn't even care and were rude.

I started coming here when they first opened to take advantage of their 50% off of one service. The business was brand new to Amarillo! After my initial appointment, I found out you can either make an appointment by calling or making an appointment through their app. The lady (Hana) was amazing, she knew what she was she was doing. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable because I was getting a Brazilian. She was always asking questions, never a dull moment. I don't remember how long it took but with the ongoing conversation it felt quick. While checking out I noticed they have a wide variety of products. The lady at the counter didn't push for sales, which I appreciate. During my most recent trip, I noticed there was an advertisement for lashes. I am leaving This month later because I this is the best place to go to get waxed. I moved out of state and have yet to find someone as good as jennifer. She was amazing so sweet and nice. So it's been two years since my last wax and being 8 month pregnant and not able to see your toes I needed a wax so badly. Had Erin as my specialist and she made sure I was comfortable and relax. She was patient with me while u wiggle my way around the different positions and even talked me through every pull. I remember preparing for the most painful wax of my life but came out surprised to not feel a slight bit of pain. I swear she might be doing some kind of magic down there! It was my first time going I was very excited to finally getting it done I did exactly what I was told to do I did not shave I let it grow I made the appointment I paid.. when I went to the back Christine did my wax Worst service ever!!!!! I will not be returning I understand it's my first time and not all of the hair was going to be picked up but the amount of hair that was left is ridiculous I have strips of long hairs, big areas with long patches. she didn't do the anal right by the time I got home and actually looked there was hair everywhere it was horrible service.. she kept going over and over in the same place left the wax on for a while I even started bleeding my skin is so irritated right now I normally can take pain really good but this was beyond ridiculous her excuse was that this was my first time and that the second time it would be better I know I didn't go and pay all this money for me to be left with half of a vagina full of hair I called up there to talk to a manager apparently a manager wasn't in today and apparently the manager does not work tomorrow the lady who answered said she talked to the manager and that she would just get a hold of me tomorrow I said ok I will just go ahead and leave a bad review and she said that's fine ma'am not caring about their customers ... my family gets waxes all the time I've seen them I've heard all of their stories and none of them have experienced what i did like come on you couldn't wax all of the hair right and this is what you do as a profession literally Left so much hair between the anus and the vagina.. there is so much hair right now.. So I am writing this review.. christine was the lady who did my wax she didn't try to make it any easier it seem like she didn't want to touch me that I even asked her are you not allowed to open me and get all of the hair.. I left out of there so angry and crying i regret EVER going there !!! Worst experience I've ever had with waxing... this was my 3 time getting a wax 1&2 times were so fast as easy and amazing results which was at a different location - I usually go to a different place in Amarillo but they were booked and couldn't get me in before my vacation. So I decided to try this one out. I got full legs and Brazilian. I could tell the Lady waxing me was new.. she seemed a bit nervous, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. She did a good job on my legs but the Brazilian was my very worst nightmare. She was doing very tiny strips instead of big strips and kept going over the same spot multiple times. I got off the table crying and got home with wax still left all over me and burns.. not sure if this is normal but this never happened at the other spot I usually go to... I have actually been going here for a while now and I absolutely love it. I have had my brows done upper lip and Brazilian and my 14 year old gets her brows and underarms done and they are so awesome at putting you at ease.
