I called AZ Quality about my 2002 Porsche Boxster transmission leaking out. George said he knew…read moreexactly what the problem was. I delivered my transmission. A week later he said he fixed it. He asked me then if he could install it. I said yes. He installed it and it still leaked. He pulled it out and said he found the leak and Re-installed it and asked me to come. Car would not start. He handed me a broken oil filler tube and said it was broken. He was lying. I looked at engine. When they put starter back together, they crunched all the air hoses. They pulled off starter and re-positioned air hoses. Some hose got ruined. Another issue they put water in my anti-freeze tank. You don't put water in an antifreeze tank in a Porsche? He did not know how to release the pressure of air in anti-freeze tank and car overheated. I personally had to fix all these issues. Not only that the car still leaked fluid in transmission. George blamed it on the flywheel was bad. I asked him if he tightened bolts per Porsche specs. He said, "It does not Matter". I brought my Porsche after the fact to Porsche. They said tightening bolts to specs on Porsche Automatic Tiptronic Transmission flywheel is one of the most important things. If not, it will still leak. George Masked my issue and did not fix it. Now, I am stuck putting transmission fluid in my Porsche every 2 weeks because it leaks out!

Anyway, unbenounced to me, they told the new shop that I didn't pay for repairs done at their shop that they did on my car. If that was the case why did they give me my car back without payment and then refer me to this new shop? And even if i didn't, why would you tell the new shop? After the repairs were completed there was still major noise from the pinion bearings ( I kinda figured they may be bad also) so after getting another great price I had them do the repairs. The situation with my Ford F150 began when it was first towed to Lee's on October 27, 2025. As of today, it still isn't running. I had gotten it back twice before. Ty had assured me both times that it would be good to go. Welp, this is the third time it stalled on me out in public. First time was in the Starbucks drive thru (yeah, fun). Second time was northbound on 19th Ave, but I was able to coast into a parking lot at a Brazilian Ju Jitsu place. This time? In the left turn lane near my house. Yeah, left turn lane with a green arrow and people behind me honking to go. (It took me a sec to activate the hazards, but the light in front of me was already green to turn). I had confidence each time he gave it back to me. I kept having it towed to Lee's. First time I got it back was after $2700+ in repairs. Second time he said it was just loose/old wiring that had to be fixed (didn't charge me for that). Third time he said my gas gauge was broken so even though it was reading quarter tank, it was actually empty. I'm not sure that was the case as I actually just put enough gas in the tank to move the gauge up the day before it stalled. Gauge had gone up to 3/4 tank. *sigh* I wanted to like them after they did so good with my first car. I don't think I'll be back here anymore. I have the truck with a different mechanic now (he is a mobile mechanic). Fingers crossed this new mechanic works out better. Each time the F150 was dropped off with Ty, he averaged 2-3 weeks with it. This very last time was 1 month + 1 day. Good thing it is my secondary vehicle.
