I initially came in for a recommended dealer axle repair on my 2019 Subaru Forester, but after a thorough inspection, Don determined that the axle was intact. So happy I took my car here! I needed a few specific things, and I also wanted an honest opinion about anything else a knowledgeable mechanic might recommend, because it had been years since I put some money into my car. Money has been tight, so I put off taking it to a mechanic out of worries of getting ripped off until my check engine light had been on for some time. Don listened to my concerns and got back to me quickly with his ideas. He was honest about what needed to be done and what could wait. Glad you can try to spin things your way but let's not forget that when my daughter went to pick up her car after your shop worked on it, she couldn't get it home before the engine light was back on and the car was acting up again. This was several times. Also when you talk about transmissions and it being my decision on which one to purchase when we had as many problem as we did after you put the new transmission in it and that it sat for several days before you found that it was again still the freeking transmission that was the problem, then add that the Warrenty was according to your person 3 days past the time to get it replace, we see that as an absolutly your shop issue. All I know is for anyone reading this don't trust this shop to stand by its work as all they want to do is take your for a ride and it's not the fun kind it's the expensive kind. read more

A few main things potential customers should know. First, I had to bring my car back three times for the same original problem because of their mistakes. They literally put the wrong part in my car. Second, when I shared my frustration they said they were doing me a favor .... Not sure about the math on that one. Lastly, my car still isn't running as it should and I will be taking it to another mechanic after just spending $3k at this place. I could go on with more problems but I think I made my point. Great work crew! The mechanic knew exactly what he was doing, test drove the car before and after maintenance. I was informed of everything they were going to do. The mechanic even gave me feedback on a test drive to save the life of my breaks. It's not the prettiest or most fun place to go for a walk so bring a book or some form of entertainment. So I had a transmission problem with my car and this place after reading my car errors figured it was my solenoid pack I paid them $629.15 to have it fixed now I'm no car specialist so I trusted them. The day I go pick up my car I noticed my car still slipping and not catching the gears so I took it back they then tell me they needed to get a Transmission specialist to determine that it was my cars PCM. They tell me it's going to be another $500 to get that fixed so now I'm out of $600 and my car still wasn't fixed but they wanted another $500 I look up the PCM part online and come to find the part only costs around 50$ in most places so why were they going to charge me $500 to get it fixed didn't make any since I will never go there again I just warn everyone in AZ if you go there make sure you tell them to ask their specialist first when it comes to transmissions and make sure they're not finding junkyard parts for your car as well. I paid for a service and it had nothing to do with my car driving it was a maintenance part that I could have fixed later. read more
