Returned to their shop. They put the truck back on the alignment machine. They admitted to and corrected the error in alignment. They put the front tires on the rear axle stating the tries will run okay. I questioned this and was reassured that if there were any problems he would take care if it. Four weeks later, driver side rear tire blow-out. I put on the spare and returned to their shop, expecting replacement. The owners statement was, I accepted the solution of mounting and running the tires on rear axle. I said I only accepted that solution with your assurance of warranty. He said sorry that's the way it is. I will Not Ever again accept this company's word as warranty. I have since found a honest national tire shop.

When my car wouldn't start afterward they said they had no had no jumper cables. They said they would have to leave and come back which would cost me $65 out of pocket. They said I could get someone else to jump me. They left. I called back begging them for help since tire repair services close at 6pm and 7pm and it was 5:45. They again stated it would be an additional $65 out of my pocket. I told them I'd call USAA to see if they cover it and hung up. Suddenly they were blowing up my phone trying to reach me. They knew they were wrong. USAA said they should know I was covered for that and took my request for a complaint noting they left me stranded. 1. What tow service doesn't have jumper cables. 2. Who leaves a customer stranded without at least calling the insurance company to get authorization to jump the car for 65. 3. Who charges the customer 65 because they forgot the tools they should have. DONT USE THESE GUYS.
