He did everything he said he would do and did it to exacting standards. His and his crew's work was just outstanding. We built our house 22 years ago. From the jump we had trouble with one of our retaining walls. It cracked as soon as it was built but the builder assured us it was 'just a shrinkage crack'. It was also so big it should have had rebar installed but he didn't to cut corners. We've tried for years to get someone to fix it. They left a horrible mess that took us four hours and 10 bags of top soil to repair. They just threw the sod back on top that left a huge mound and we had to throw all of the sod away and start over. They also did not dig in a reasonable straight line that would have made the repair a bit easier. Instead, they dug a ridiculous curve that made no sense. They used a young kid to do the digging. I was told by the owner that his son was a "wizard". Well, we didn't get the wizard, we got someone who didn't know what he was doing (young kid). The job was not done in a way that would have made the yard repair easier for the homeowner.

Caleb came to our home, looked over the project of replacing our old furnace and a/c. He assessed the project, explained our options, answered all of our questions and provided us with a detailed quote. Equipment was ordered and they were able to work us into their schedule in about a week; (over a week ahead of the initial date which was 3 weeks out)! This was wonderful as the weather had turned cold and our old furnace was barely working. Two guys showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work and a little later 3 others came to work also! By 4:30 they had removed the old furnace and a/c and completely installed the new furnace and a/c and had it all up and running! They were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and thoughtful, going above and beyond the required amount of work necessary. Also, they picked up as they worked and completely cleaned the worksite both indoors and outside afterwards.
