I appreciate the fact he had a next day availability, flexible time, along with an affordable price. I expressed that I would pay $50 more (and I did) to ensure my vehicle is detailed properly. On the day of service, he saw my car and I again shared my expectations. His initial feedback was that my car is an easy job to detail ( but yet, after he completed the work they were many areas that were not effectively addressed. When I showed him areas that I was not satisfied with, that's when the correct tools and cleaning solution was applied.) Overall, I received a decent quality internal detail. The lingering pet odor in my car is no longer present. In my opinion I would preferred there was initially a higher degree of ownership or pride in ensuring my seats were properly shampooed, steamed, and cleaned. It would have been nice to receive a complimentary external wash considering the extra $50 I paid. Total I paid: $200. I will be following up with Shawn to address an area that needs to be effectively addressed. (I'll update my post and ratings once completed.)

I took advantage of the beautiful weather this past weekend and reached out to a mobile detailing business to see if any appointments were available. I reached out to this company about midday Saturday with hopes of a appointment in less than 24 hours. Well it was my lucky day! I was able to get a Sunday morning appointment. I provided my vehicle type, and the address of where my car would be located... The Owner and Operator, Neal was actually available a few hours ahead of my set appointment time... worked out perfectly! He arrived... I told him I wanted the Neal Special and he went to work... I think it took him about 90 minutes or less to fully detail my ride. This is so convenient and so worth every dollar spent. He even gained more business from people in the neighborhood. Trash, STAINS EVERYWHERE, a smoker, spilled drinks... a disaster. It looked like a trash can. I sent out estimates to several detailers and Brandon responded fast and got me in a few days later.
