But thankfully another customer pointed them out as I was starting to Google for other bakeries in the local area. I'm pleased she did! It was everything you want in a gingerbread man. He was soft with reasonable moisture content. Decent size and a good amount of ginger. You knew you were eating a gingerbread man for sure. Good proportions of icing and 3 smarty buttons, in a variety of colours. It came in at $3 which I think is reasonable. I would have been particularly ecstatic if it was $2.50...but I guess they know they have a good product and gingerbread men aficionados will pay up... Staff were friendly and asked my son which one he would like (this is important for a young kid when picking out their gingerbread men). Side note, the chicken rolls in the display looked awesome.
