I was a client for years, but the service got worse and worse until I had to cancel. Honestly, there could be a period of time where no one comes, no one responds to emails or phone calls. You can't help but wonder if they are still operating. I asked for six weeks if they were going to honor my prepaid contract and finally got a response that they'd like me to have another 3 month agreement. No thanks read more

If you prefer a company who respects their prepaid contract and/or even responds when things aren't right, this company is NOT for you. The technician stopped coming on the agreed upon day. Often an alternate day was agreed to and technician still did not show. Office stopped responding all together. I'm owed a refund of 5 weeks of services from a prepaid package and cannot get a response. I'm left with no choice other than to warn others. i do not recommend this company. read more

I had great service from Doody First for many years; however, not sure if they are still even in business since they stopped providing weekly services at my home without notice and continue to charge me. I found they have incorrectly charged me hundreds of dollars more than my weekly plan and will not return my phone calls or emails about this fraudulent billing. I have had to dispute charges with my credit card company to get some resolution. read more

I've used Doody First for almost two years and at first they were great. Unfortunately, they have become less and less reliable. This negative review has finally been prompted by them missing my last three services, in spite of having charged me. They've been contacted via email and Facebook messenger and have neither responded nor corrected the issue. I'll be arranging service with another company and getting a refund through my bank. This is utterly ridiculous. read more

When I set up service with this Sandy & Company, I was happy. But I gotta keep it real in the streets...since I signed my clients up with weekly service we have had a few glitches which I was willing to over look, because of, well....human. HOWEVER...over the last 2 weeks, I have left 4 voicemails and emailed 2 times to Sandy, who previously was always very responsive and reactive. I have yet to hear from them and have yet to have our issue addressed. So now, I have to seek out another vendor. BUMMER! could have all been easily avoidable with a dash of communication of their part. Real recipe for disaster! read more

We have used several pet yard services over the years, but these guys are the best we have used so far. They are reliable, thorough, and great with our dogs. Our dogs look forward to their yard visits. We trust them and are very grateful for their flexible schedule and wide array of services. Can't recommend them enough over other pet yard service providers we have tried. read more

We used them for 4.5 years. Over that time, there were occasional minor issues (such as a rare missed service due to an employ being sick and stuff like that), but for the most part, things were just pretty much set-and-forget, and the dog's nastiness just magically vanished every week. The only reason we eventually cancelled the service was because our daughter got old enough to want to take on some new responsibilities and earn a few bucks, but I'd gladly go back to them (over doing it myself). read more

We've used Doody First for our weekly yard cleanups for over 3 years and we love our technicians. They are thorough and fast and make it the best part of our dog's week because they come with treats and take the time to play fetch with them as well. Since our dog passed, we no longer need their scoop service but still a client through landscaping which is reasonably priced and they get the job done. Highly recommend them! read more

I have been with this company since 2013 and I just love this service and the staff! My job requires me to travel a lot and during this time we board our pups. The technicians did great on our initial service ( we haven't scooped in months). They were diligent, friendly and go the extra mile. They even placed all our bins out for trash pickup for the following day, they have been doing this every service! Very happy with service so far. read more
