They did a great job and the gal at the front said $90. I'm not gonna go into a bunch of details but I don't understand why they don't have a standard billing process shampoo X amount of dollars nails X amount of dollars painting toenails X amount of dollars whatever it is X amount of dollars. When you give somebody a quote, usually you stick to that quote.
