I recently hired Dooley Tractor company 109 Congress pkwy. I got a quote $95 per hour to go down just below south TN state line to haul newly purchased backhoe. Then take into shop to clean fuel lines because tractor only ran about 15 min at time. My quote was around $800, for PU & Del & shop time.It was later found to need battery, of course quote went up. After shop cost added battery ($229.32) Finally delivered to my Farm. Final outrageous price [$1,684.09] . My tractor was running great. But the battery only started tractor one time that morning. I boosted it several times first day. I charge the battery and filled water levels with distilled water. The Backhoe started 2 times that next morning. The rest of the day of my 8 hours working I had to boost it off about 5 times. I call dooley about problem I was having they said to bring the battery back up they would take a look at it. I got to dooley tractor. Of course I could not go in because of the covid-19. They sent a young man out to discuss situation several times they would not help me load battery on to a cart nor would they load it theirselves they done everything they can do to not take this battery back. By this time I found sticker saying battery was 11 months old. Dooley tractor called the police on me saying I was acting STRANGE. As Result I was taken to jail. Falsely arrested. I was sitting peacefully under a shade tree on a bench when the officer walked up. I was never rude nor loud, disturbing police etc. Never did say a cross word to the young man that dooley tractor bosses were sending out to speak to me. Dooley was trying all they could to NOT take this battery and not give me refund. This battery cost $230 Dooley tractor company will never have my business again. I have also heard many other stories from people That now will refuse doing business with this Unscrupulous company. I plan to Sue them in small claims court. Maybe further! read more

John B. In 2016 I was going to buy a Hustler mower in Cleveland,Tn, but I found out they had went out of business so I found Dooley Tractor Co. Me and my mother went to Dooley Tractor Co.to buy a entry level zero turn mower(Hustler Raptor which this particular one was a notch above the regular Raptor it had wider tires,engine guard and a higher seat for about $300 more) so we bought it before I got 3 hrs. on it the belts started smoking so I contacted Dooley Tractor Co. they came and got the mower in about 1-2 weeks they returned it so it done fine for a while but the rest of the mowing season they came and got the mower about 2 more times for other issues.So 2017 mowing season rolled around still had issues so I told them if they would take it back we would purchase another mower and we did(Hustler Raptor SDX) which gave one small issue and they came to my residence to fix it for free (since it has a 3 yr. warranty) so now I have a small leak issue they said they would come and get it and return it for a fee of $100 dollars so at the time I did not have it and so traveled to Dooley Tractor Co. to purchase the fluid it was leaking and oil filter and oil.When I got there I found out I was going to spend about that much any way so I got them to check warranty status then they checked and said I had it 4yrs.which I did not so I had to call the place which I had financed it to prove it was still under warranty another sales man came in and got hateful about the situation said I had to talk to the service department so I went to the service department had the same issue what had happened they had my new mower on the old system and had my old mower on the new system and they changed there round trip fee from $100 to $200 I told them I 'will never buy here again' and I had someone to witness the situation so I got mad and left and it is still under warranty until April 4,2020.So never buy a Hustler mower especially from Dooley Tractor Co. read more
