I've zipped this jacket up only a handful of times so for something like this to break after light use just screams cheap. Leather jackets are supposed to last years, not weeks. Gucci's excuse was that their staff called out and so were limited to only a handful of sales associates. This usually means that their manager is not well respected or treats her staff badly. She certainly didn't care that the customers had to wait outside in the oppressive heat. The other dumb Gucci process is that they don't have price tags so each product has to be looked up on their little machine which takes a while. Just put price tags in the handbags!
