They made several trips to my mom's house with color samples, measuring, and even with a mini window display for a full demonstration of the window so she could easily ensure herself this was the brand of window she wanted. Every meeting with Ronnie was as scheduled. He was always punctual and flexible with my schedule. We had 10 windows removed and replaced all in one day with the temperature in the 40's and snow on the grown. Every piece of debris, packaging, and garbage was cleaned up and removed from the property. Ronnie even pays attention to the little details like ensuring the calk matched the trim.
