He gave us multiple brands and model options before going with the top of the line Liftmaster. (Already had the myQ keypad and app set -up) In addition to installing the opener at a very fair price, Zach also replaced the rollers free of charge with his patented nylon covered pins that make the door even quieter as that was a major issue we raised. It took several calls to get the invoice and then another call to get the actually breakdown of the invoice and no one returned our call after we received it and had questions. According to sources this is really high labor for the job that was completed. We will not recommend this company anymore and definitely will not use their services.
