Let me say 1st. That I am a retired firefighter of 27 years. Plumbing business of 30 plus years. And customer service is very important as well as communication. I really have nothing to say of the quality of the doors or the installation. I'm actually pleased. What I'm not pleased about is the lack of communication when I had an issue. The installers took it upon them selves to discard a perfectly good existing door. Bought special order 4 years old which was going to replace another existing door. These people threw my door in a garbage truck. Knowing that door was to be kept. Door was 1400.00. When I brought it to their attention. I was ignored told the door wasn't worth it. They agreed to pay 900.00 with attitude vowing not to return to do further work. Un beknownst to them. That particular door is no longer that price. It's more. The son Erik. Refused my calls needless to say this matter has to go the legal channel. When this all could have been resolved. Do your homework. Terrible. I ordered a custom door. Waited 3.5 months for it. They deliver me the wrong color glass door. The owner comes and tells me they will order the new glass and it will take 3.5 months again. I say OK, I will wait. That was 7 months ago. They are still waiting for the glass. It is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! read more
