I reached out on Monday morning 8:30am for a defective casement window, which wasn't closing properly, and these guys replied within minutes, discussed the problem after looking at pictures and shared their quote. They were at my place within an hour, and took care of the window in 30 min, and lowered their rate after finding the issue to be less involved. I have a double hung window that one day I came home and the top sash (ie the upper window) slid down half way and would not come up. Also it would not stay up and I was left with a constantly open window. I looked around and noticed that some of the small pieces of plastic that normally are in the groves were on the floor and since this was not something I was familiar with I didn't feel comfortable trying to fix this myself. So I decided to do a search via YELP and you enter into YELP's questionnaire the number of windows you need repaired, the type of window, and also a description and picture and YELP then sends this request off to multiple window repair companies and ACE Window repair in Brooklyn got back to me and came the next day. They took the window entirely and then replaced two shoe cams and two of the balances that are in the grove of the windows and now everything works as it should. I thought they did a great job. Ace Window Repair did the job as requested. We wanted 4 double hung windows repaired, 4 screens added, and two foggy panels of glass replaced in one of the windows. We were considering holding off doing most of the repairs, but Toulont and Erion gave us a great quote we could work with. They started the same day repairing the windows and measuring for the screens and glass panels. They returned two days later to complete installation of the screens and replace the foggy glass window panels. Toulont instructed us on how to use the new screens and the windows correctly.
