I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment and was asked to fill out the same new paperwork on a table in the office. I waited 2.5 hours for my appointment in the waiting room before being called into the back to meet the doctor and then went through an additional verbal intake of the registration I just did. My meeting with the doctor was quick and felt adequate but overall my time in the office was unacceptable for the amount of time I had to wait and ultimately spoke with the doctor. Additionally, the staff was abrupt and rude and I had a question the following day and the gentleman who answered the phone said he'd pass along a note. I had to call back multiple times to speak with someone who was ultimately extremely rude, unhelpful and insulting (Marina?). If my insurance allows it, I will look for another doctor and change

In…read more12 sessions, she fixed all my ailments and identified other weaknesses that MRIs do not show. In addition to a wealth of knowledge about human anatomy, it is Anna's kindness, humility and sense of humor that make her stand out amongst her peers. She rolled her eyes on me today, when I told her I couldn't pay, like I didn't matter. How sad. I am going to call the better business bureau to your firm. It is the right thing to do.
