They have office people do it who have no relationship to you because they would rather keep your money than refunding it so it's a maze to get through to figure out how to even escalate with them. Service was invisible, which is kind of a good thing. I didn't feel like anyone was breathing down my neck as I perished the items on offer. I wish the place offered more information about the artists whose works were on display, but I get that it's a store and not a museum.
