I will say the staff in the front was very polite but our psychologist is what gave us a bad taste in our mouth. We went to help our child and wound up finding out our therapist was telling me one thing and my child's father a different story. It was also discovered that the patient's confidentiality was not a priority in this case which is unacceptable since that's the person the child should trust. It was also discovered months later that there were accusations made stating that the child's issues were either the mother's fault to the father or vice versa. I am very shocked that this has happened is such an environment that should have been safe for my child not based on personal opinions and biased towards whatever party the conversations were being kept with. This is very dissapointing so all I have to say is if you choose them please be careful.

Even the receptionist did not offer my to use their bathroom to wash up or Kleenex. All they wanted was to be paid and me out of there. This is absolutely the last place I would send anyone to. If you want help, resources, connection don't waste your time and/or money.
