To give a little background, in the past 5 years I've lived in four different states. While it's always fun to think about living in a new city, the worst part of it all is trying to find a place to live - especially in a bigger city like New York and Philadelphia. Did we visit all of it? Nope. And it's not because she was lazy, it's because after spending time with us she knew what type of apartments and/or neighborhoods were a good fit for us. She prioritized those the places which fit our needs first. The only problem we had after our rental tour was having to pick only ONE place to live! Definitely a good problem to have! Once we finally decided to put in an application in, she made life easier for us by handling the paperwork and more. We went on a tour on Sunday, debated for 2 days which apartment to pick, and by the end of the week we were approved for move-in:) The most painless apartment hunting I've ever had in my life!
