This is the second time I tried ordering from Dorothy's. I picked a nice orange and pink arrangement online. The yellow/pink is what was received. Ordered Flowers for a loved ones birthday. Payed almost 80 dollars for the flowers, which arrived exactly as ordered. My loved one adored the flowers. The flowers were not the issue. EVERYTHING else was. For one, for a shop that has been in business here in town for as long as it has been. How. HOW can you not know where a street is for one? For two, WHY on gods green earth would you think it appropriate to call the receiver for directions instead of the person who ordered them or even check a damn GPS app?? If this was supposed to be a surprise well right there the surprise is gone and fully ruined. The person who called my loved one was incredibly rude to her and hung up on her before the conversation was even over this largely had a very negative effect on what was supposed to be a good day. If I could give this 0 stars I would. They also didn't initially deliver the card that was supposed to go with the flowers. The card that ended up being delivered looked like a child wrote the message I sent. Overall the service could not have been worse bar crimes being committed. NEVER give these people a dime. You would be better off going out into a field and picking your own damn flowers. Worst 80 dollars I have ever spent in my entire life. read more

I ordered a specific bouquet for my daughters 18th birthday as she was away for college. Dorothy's stated it was in stock as she even looked up the Number affiliated with the product. What was delivered was a totally different bouquet. I paid $70 for what was supposed to be a beautiful, hot pink and coral roses with a beautiful keepsake vase....what was delivered were lily's and a few roses, very sparse bouquet with lots of purple ribbon (used as a filler) and a cheap purple container. My daughter's least favorite color. Called them to discuss my concerns. They stated I will look into it when I get a chance and cannot tell me when that would be!! Very unprofessional, will NEVER order here again. If I were you I would have some one pick up flowers at Wal-Mart and have them delivered instead! read more

BEWARE!! I ordered an arrangement of flowers on MONDAY with a balloon for my daughters birthday on WEDNESDAY and requested they deliver in the morning to her work because I wasn't sure she would be working all day. Well Wednesday at 4:00 they still had not been delivered so I called: The lady said she had not got to it and asked me if she could take it tomorrow! ARE you serious?! The point is to make someone's day special! NO- I DO NOT WANT IT DELIVERED THE DAY AFTER HER BIRTHDAY!! Very Disappointed and will never use these people again. read more

I ordered a premium bouquet and medium chocolates. I had to call to see where it was as it wasn't delivered at 2 PM. When it did get delivered they forgot the chocolates. I called again to tell them they forgot the chocolates and that the bouquet didn't look like premium flowers. The old lady was very rude and unhelpful. The business first called me the day of the delivery to tell me they did not have the orchids I required. I needed them to make it in that day for a friend's birthday. She offered to replace the orchids with foxglove and I said that was okay because I felt I had no other choice. I noticed she did not actually apologize that the orchids were unavailable, she placed blame on the delivery truck not arriving. She called back 1 hour later, but I was unavailable to take the call. She left no message and didn't make any other effort to reach me. I called her the next morning after finding out the flowers were never delivered. She claimed she had been to the location twice to deliver but no one answered the door (my friend may not have been home from work yet). I asked why she didn't leave them at the doorstep, and she claimed they would not handle the elements (it was a nice day out and they would have been fine). She then said she called me twice and left messages that she was unable to deliver, which was not true. She called only once after our initial conversation and left me zero messages. When I confronted her about this, she raised her voice and then said she called "3 times" and left messages, then I told her she was lying to me and asked for a refund since the flowers were never delivered. She refused to refund me, stating she had spent much of her day trying to deliver the flowers and that they had already been made into an arrangement. I let her know if she did not refund me that I would dispute the charge with my credit card company, and she said "You do that! And don't ever call here again!" I am so disappointed in the customer service. I thought small town businesses in Oklahoma were supposed to be friendly and honest. I would have been willing to have an arrangement sent on a different date, despite my initial disappointment, but after the way I was treated as a customer, I would not do business here or recommend anyone else to do so either. read more

I called them to have a flower arrangement made for my uncles funeral service in Cherokee. The arrangement couldn't have been more beautiful and was so thoughtfully done. She had just 24 hours notice and I appreciated the help so much. Thank you for helping me express my love for my uncle Jim so beautifully. read more

I have been purchasing flowers directly from Dorothy for the past two years. I often will give her an idea of the type of flowers I would like and she always makes them better than I ever envisioned.
