A nice pub to stop off at during your travels for a beer, but don't bother eating here. The food…read morewas expensive ($21 for a schnitzel) which would have been ok if it was an example of 'country cooking' as advertised, but it was a frozen McCain schnitzel with undercooked chips and lumpy gravy. Very disappointing. I would have been happy to just have a drink though, the location in the paddock is very relaxing on the old deck.
