Took my iphone 6s there for a free battery replacement, according to the Apple official website, as…read morethe one in the phone was from a faulty batch they said. When I got there, the very helpful guy on the desk said that the system wouldn't allow it to happen as a free change, as it was 6 weeks out of the 3 year exchange period, but he kindly did it for a reduced price. On returning home, I spent a very long time on the phone to apple support, who acknowledged that their site didn't mention time restrictions (and still doesn't!), but that I should have somehow known It anyway, and they refused to accept any blame. CTS did their best- Apple a bunch of lying cheats.
