First, we had a reservation, but still waited close to 40 minutes past our scheduled time for a boat. That made me question the point of making a reservation at all. The bigger issue was that they dropped us off on the wrong side of the canal. We clearly provided the location where we needed to go, and they assured us they could get us there. Instead, we were left on the wrong side, which forced us to spend another 45 minutes getting to our Airbnb while carrying heavy luggage through Venice, over bridges, steps, and narrow walkways. Anyone who has been to Venice knows how difficult that can be. Honestly, we would have been much better off taking public transportation and getting dropped near the bus station, where there are people available to help with luggage. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service was disappointing, the cost was not worth it, and the overall experience added a lot of unnecessary stress to our arrival.

Do not let the water taxi boat driver tell you that you must pay the mandatory tourist tax to them…read more Before my water taxi departed from my hotel for the airport, my driver demanded that I pay 20 euro and showed me what looked like some official statement about payment of the tax. I later learned that 1) the tax was not even applicable the day I was taking the water taxi, 2) tourists who stay at a hotel in Venice are not required to pay the tourist tax upon entry to Venice (seeing as the hotel collects that tax), and 3) there is no exit tax, just an entry tax. I'll guarantee you that the boat drivers are pocketing the money.

When you first come here, you walk into the waiting area with the appointment desk right in from. The time of wait can depend on how busy they are but they are pretty honest to the times they give you to come for your Therapy. When it comes to the therapy they are also pretty good and very attentive to your needs, even though sometimes it seems they are stretched really thin amongst patients but they do the best job that they can, which is something i can live with. They are very nice people that are always smiling even when they are dead tired. Some of the equipment seems a little dated but they also have some state of the art equipment to make up for some things they lack. I wish they had Game Ready for the cool down after tough session but right now they don't have. I hear they will acquire soon. It's pretty awesome too that they have a pool to do therapy in, which speeds up the process of you are coming from surgery or just a mild injury. Plus the biggest positive is that they have a full staff of doctors that work out of the building on different days and times. This is a big positive.

Waste of time and money…read more After spending close to $2000.00 on his online visits and all the labs he required to get started with the therapy, he sends me two documents that completely change the game and talk about *serious* (life changing send-you-to-the-ER) side effects that can lead to pancreatic issues and gall bladder removal amongst a series of other concerning and even more common side effects. He also sends me a list of lifestyle changes I need to make immediately in order for the therapy to be effective that should have been discussed much earlier, in my opinion. The document warns that if you don't make these changes, glp1s can make you feel poorly. These are both documents that should have been sent at the first meeting before I dropped $2k, in my opinion. After reading through it all, it became clear that glp1 therapy was not how it seemed on the surface and that there was much more that was going into it than I was made aware of initially. He refused to microdose the initial dosage of Mounjaro. "I cannot prescribe medication outside of the parameters established by these recognized guidelines. I am not authorized to conduct off-label clinical studies or trials via online consultations. Deviating from established dosing protocols falls outside the scope of standard medical practice, and for the safety of my patients, I cannot facilitate this." I tried to work with him since I had already sunk considerable time and money, I even sent him a link to a continuing education class for nurses to help educate on dose-titration for glp1 but he was not interested. He suggested that "glp1 therapy was not for me" as a response instead of giving me a warm hand-off to another doctor who would be able to prescribe a smaller dose. In sum, is this doctor is not for me and I wasted a lot of time and money as a direct result. He left me feeling unsupported, misunderstood and alone. I feel he does not respect my perspective as a patient and a person who lives in my body 24/7 so that's a hard no from me.
