Once inside the Terme feels, well, like a hospital really... a busy reception desk, queues outside consulting rooms and a brisk service backed by equally zippy nurses and health care assistants. A pervasive smell of rotten eggs, caused by the various mud packs etc, is everywhere but this is to be expected.
