After being left high and dry by another plumber who had been scheduled months in advance and canceled at the last minute, we were in a tough spot. We needed a gas line installed for our backyard fire pit in order to move forward with other scheduled renovation work. I contacted McDaniel Plumbing on a Friday afternoon, hoping they could help us on short notice. To our relief, Chris personally came out the very next Monday to assess the job and provide a quote. He was clear and upfront about his availability, explaining that due to prior commitments, he could schedule us for the following week.
