I learned that night that if you want the cheap rate of using Supershuttle, you will be either picking up various customers at various locations before going to the airport. The same can be said if you are going home from the airport. Our driver started getting bitchy and his attitude got worse. He was rude to several passengers and ended up getting lost. When the drive acts like an ass and tell you to "shut the front foor." a royal ass wipping came mind. I fill out a weak form and 10 days later with ZERO response from these clowns contact my Credit Card Company to stop Payment. Just received notice today of a refund... FINALLY!!
