The faucets presented a challenge due to corrosion, but he persevered through the issues and successfully replaced them. They look and work fabulously. Kellye came out to our house even though it's an hour from where she is as soon as she could, took measurements and answered all the questions that we had at the time and listened carefully to what we wanted. Then after I agreed to the very reasonable estimate a week prior, the crew came out yesterday and did a great job. They actually did more than I expected and these oak trees look wonderful and professionally done. They made sure to put the black tar stuff where each limb was removed, and they cleaned up the area after they were done.
