I called back recently, 5 months later, to replace another pane that's exactly the same and was quoted $350. When I asked why there was such a jump in pricing in less than six months, they said, "Glass went up 40% ... Prices are increasing every day in the construction industry. I have no control over it, unfortunately." Okay? So my increase is way more than 40%? So I called three other glass companies with the highest quote at $180. Wow, that's even lower than the first price I paid. I'm just flabbergasted! Compared to other local small businesses, the prices Proline Glass & Mirror quoted are astronomically more, and especially for a repeat customer. For these reasons, I must update my review and drop my rating.

That's over 3 months with out a word from him. I have reached out to him multiple times 2/3 times via email. We had similar issues as far as his time constraints with the first piece. However, I chose to overlook that because of the quality of work. Sometimes peace of mind is worth paying someone else for. He's not the friendliest person considering you pay a premium price for his service. We'll be looking for someone else to make my second piece in my house. I work to hard for my money to be treated so rude.
