Do yourself a favor and move on to the next company! Here is what happened and it was all caught on our video camera and has been turned over to the police. They arrived a day early to set up because they did not want to set it up in the rain. When they arrived our dogs were out and our dogs do their job and protect their people. They did not call to say they were coming early. Now my dog is a German Shepard.. they can be scary and obviously scared the delivery person. He took a hammer to my dog and lied and said my dog bit him. Now my dog possibly made this man soil his pants. If he wasn't mine, i would have! Once again all on camera! My husband was out back working and heard the dogs and came out front to see the man hammer in hand, still he did not think he did anything to the dog and put the dogs away.. our other dog is a dumb lab.. They went to set up my husband went back to work.. I came home while they were setting up. The kids were excited go running over.. these men gave off some serious scary vibes.. I took the kids in the house and went out to watch the set up. The men were still walking around not saying anything to us.. no southern charm. OK? so i ask when will you be back to pick it up. He responds tomorrow at 6 and your dog better be in or I will beat him with my hammer... What?!?!? He bit me twice both my husband and I look at each other in complete disbelief these words came out of the mans mouth!!! I call the company ask the owner or who I thought was the owner.. told her what happened. Told her you do what you are going to do with him.. I don't want him back here!! She agreed that was crazy! Fast forward to the next day.. we are sitting in the back yard playing with the kids and THAT MAN walks around the corner!!! Instantly take the kids in and call the company she said well he is all I have today... WHAT?!?! get him off my property now!! she said well your dog bit him.. now i have watched the video by now and saw that is indeed not what happened.. I hung up in discussed! Then finally the owner calls and said it was his decision to send the man even after I requested they not.. He knowingly sent him to my house after I requested he not!! enough said there... stay away from these people!!! Oh and I forgot to add when they left the first time they ran over my kids toy and destroyed it.. Who does this!!
