Staff members appeared to be jumping between tasks at random, reacting to whatever came up rather than following an organized system. Compounding the issue was a noticeable lack of leadership on the floor--no one directing traffic, prioritizing orders, or keeping the operation moving efficiently. The result was a chaotic service environment where customers were left waiting and wondering what was happening with their order. As for the food, the bagels themselves were perfectly adequate but ultimately unremarkable. In a market where great bagel shops thrive on both quality and efficiency, "fine" simply isn't enough to outweigh a frustrating service experience. With stronger operational structure and visible leadership during peak hours, this shop could likely improve the customer experience significantly. For now, however, the combination of disorganization and underwhelming food makes it difficult to justify a return visit.

Man, I was blown away when I got it home. They put their tasty sauce, which is similar to David's sauce, which is similar to In-N-Out which is essentially 1,000 island. The patties were well seasoned, the bun was on point, and the food came out piping. Their killer addition is the exceptional combination of American and cheddar cheese. It was an absolutely delicious mess, which is the best kind of burger. The gentlemen working the truck were all business, which works for me. The truck also serves chicken sandos and various fries w/meat options. I highly recommend trying them out.
