We lived around here and came back to help my daughter. We always used Walgreens when we lived here. Meyonna made it a 5 star trip. She checked around to get extra help when we needed. Great to see someone who does a great job and knows what good customer service means. read more

These aren't open 24 hrs. Walgreens is a 0 star across the board, same with cvs none of these are open after 8pm

We just needed to pick up a few household items. We were able to find them with relative ease. This is one of the bigger Walgreens I've come across. read more

False advertisement and wouldn't honor the sale price. Had multiple candies that were clearly holiday items but the manager said they didn't quality for the 50% off clearance... it's literally peppermint mocha flavored for Christmas. I wonder how many ppl thought they were buying at 50% off but were actually paying full price. They need to do better. read more

They make it so hard for Seniors. The communications are very poor. Simple requests for meds turn into an all day ordeal and still no meds. I really don't understand how they are still open. read more

I called a while ago asking if I needed to do an appointment for a Vaccine that I need done by the end of this weekend and the girl that answered the phone said that I should be able to do it through the website, when I tried it the website wasn't working and I told her I wasn't able. I asked her if I could do it over the phone and her response was "you have to wait until it works" Honestly I don't think she helped me at all! read more

Oh, and the janatorial crew, looks like they got the ax. Check out the counters behind the registers in the pharmacy. But, if you are into diverse bacterial ecosystems being readily available, this is the place! Looks like the payscale needs to bump up a bit. Convenient to our hotel. Just needed a few things. Staff very helpful. Greeted as we walked in. Staff member stocking shelves asked if I needed help. I said no but went back and asked for help finding a specialty item. Directed me to the exact spot. Saw me a minute later and asked if I found what I needed. Very helpful. Horrible pharmacy with very slow service. Even when you call your prescription in or submit online, pick up still take 30-45 minutes. This is sad when people are already feeling ill. Walgreens you need to review the procedures at this store or hire competent people that fill prescriptions more efficiently. read more

Sloppy work in pharmacy! Yesterday I discovered they only filled one prescription instead of two I needed for post-op, even though the two prescriptions were on the same piece of paper. So there I stood in the pharmacy on the way home from out-patient waiting for them to correct their error. Today they did exactly the same thing, filled one prescription for my husband instead of two the PCP submitted to treat an infection. Yesterday they admitted their mistake but today tried to blame it on the physician. Come on guys...two times in two days in one family!!! If this is too hard perhaps look for another line of work where you will not adversely affect people's health. read more

So I need to rant. I had an experience at Walgreens before Christmas. They announced that there was no waiting in cosmetics so I went and checked out there. Had a very friendly cashier. Paid for my items and walked my cart to the car and unloaded it. I then walked the cart back in the building to be confronted at the front door by the cashier from the front register asking for my receipt. I showed it to her and she said just wanted to make sure you paid. UM no ma'am I walked out with twelve packs of soda and 12 packs of toilet paper. It didn't sit well with me so I called the store and the manager was very much unable to handle a guest complaint. After about 15 minutes of her stumbling to make a sentence she said she would talk to the employee and call me back in a few minutes. NEVER got the call back. I then sent a message to Walgreens Facebook on 12/21. They said I would be contacted within two business days. That should have been 12/23 or 12/24 at latest. I even gave them an extra couple days with Christmas. Still never heard anything from them. Sent another message last night and got an email response from a different person stating they were "Escalating" the complaint and I would be contacted. I then told them it was not necessary because it showed poor management and guest resolution skills. The response, I will update your case that you do not want to be contacted....I will not shop at Walgreens again. Any company that cannot handle a simple guest complaint and follow through with calling someone back not once but twice does not deserve my business. Glad to see CVS starting to open in the area. They will get my business for sure. Rant over. read more
