Eric, at the Tech Guy, said that my internet provider--X-finity--should already be providing this as part of their package. He said the issue was malware: to have him clear up my computer would cost $45. for the first hour, then if needed the hourly cost would drop considerably. I support small local businesses rather than aggressive, the-customer-is-nothing ones --such as Best Buy!
