Their pizzas are scrumptious. There's something special about the dough. My hubby and I do the janitor fish's job of eating it because our kid isn't a fan of crusts in general. Theirs is a strange but delightful mix of crunchy and chewy. My son was so tempted by the aromas wafting from the box that he had to eat a slice while in traffic on our way home. This is the only food our son will have in Haven City. He's too attached to their pepperoni and cheese. After having a bite of his pizza, I completely understand and don't blame him one bit.
Stopped by this pizza joint for lunch and it never disappoints. This is my second time here and the pizza is just great. They have a large menu with almost every topping you could want. This pizza is so good from the sauce and toppings to the crust which has the perfect chew to texture ratio. Being in a huge food court, it's very comfortable and there's plenty of searing and other snacks to add to your meal. Def must try! Check it out!
I had a wonderful experience at Dough Dudes Pizza (West Covina). I ordered the Meats Specialty Pizza ($27 - 8 Slices) and the Hawaiian Classic Pizza ($24 - 8 Slices). These pizzas felt distinct because its ingredients tasted very fresh and flavorful. "YUM!!" (Important: Cash is not accepted. Bring Card or Contactless Payment.) I arrived at Dough Dudes Pizza (West Covina) on Sunday (around 11:30AM - Opening Time). Parking is very competitive but simple; the lot is fairly big. Dough Dudes Pizza (West Covina) is a food stand in the popular Haven City Market. Customers order at a self-service kiosk. Staff is also surprisingly charming, professional, and hardworking. Staff made quick pleasant small talk, and Staff worked nonstop. My order took 13 minutes and 23 seconds. Great time! The Meats Specialty Pizza ($27 - 8 Slices) and the Hawaiian Classic Pizza ($24 - 8 Slices) were a huge hit with the family! We wanted something delicious for Sunday Football, and we weren't disappointed. The pizzas are not too saucy nor too cheesy. Rather, these pizzas leaned heavily on the freshness & flavor of its ingredients. Still, the pizza had a welcomed charred undercarriage while also bringing a little flop. However, if I had to nitpick, the pizza has a good amount of bread chewing despite its thin crust. The pizza would definitely benefit with some extra sauce to dip into. Still, these gorgeous pizzas created a delightful, tasty experience. Regarding ambiance, Dough Dudes Pizza (West Covina) has an amazing location within the Haven City Market. Its counter is near flatscreen televisions that play the football game. They're also near the restrooms and a bar. The location is very clean, and there's plenty of outside and inside seating. Overall, Dough Dudes Pizza (West Covina) created some priceless memories. There's passion and integrity in those goods. If you love pizza, this is an easy recommendation. 4.9 out of 5. Go!!!
Pretty darn good pizza but was it worth the price... I got The Dude and figs in blanket. I did enjoy both of them but if I had to say the winner is Figs in blanket. I think the sweetness from the fig spread and saltiness from various cheese and prosciutto were well balanced. Someone here added arugula on their fig in blanket and I think that's genius. Pizzas were delicious but I'd expect more for nearly $30 pizza.
Located inside of the West Covina Haven. Inside is always bustling and for fresh pizza, only a fifteen minute wait isn't bad at all. $27 is not bad for premium pizza in the area, especially in a place like the Haven. There are a bunch of tables right by the vendor so the inside is very convenient. The pizza is definitely on a greasier side but that's totally expected of a pepperoni pizza. The pepperonis were so meaty and honestly probably some of the best I've ever had. The basil perfumed the pizza nicely and there was a good cheese pull. The crust had a good chew yet was crispy. A slight pat with a paper towel and a dash of hot sauce would make this a top tier bite. I highly recommend.
Pretty good. Got the margherita, my favorite style. I wish there was more cheese. The dollops is a little far from each other, but the sauce is good. I didn't get thirsty or feel bloated a few hours after eating the pizza. Their crust is a mix of neapolitan and new york style. It's good but it's tough so it'll be a jaw workout. Placed the order online on the website and picked up pretty smooth. The annoying thing is, they open at 11.30 but the earliest I could pickup the order was 12 o'clock.
We love Dough Dudes Pizza. My husband especially loves it. We're local so we go very often for a quick bite. We love the brick house heat on it. We recommend everyone to try it who's a pizza connoisseur. Our favorite is the pepperoni well done. The ranch is amazing! It's made in house and taste soooo different from every other ranch. The pizza is so crispy and all the toppings come out perfectly crisp. It's inside of Haven City so there is plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. It's super clean and very well staffed. Speaking of staff, the people who work there are super friendly and very accommodating. My husband loves his pizza burnt to the crisp and they make it happy every single time. 10/10 recommend! Always! I even got a sticker to display on my stuff to rep the place!
Customer service 10/10. They are very attentive and willing to answer questions. The garlic flavor from the GCB Pizza was delicious! I really love ricotta cheese. This place has a lot of varieties to custom make your pizza, or order a classic or specialty pizza from the menu. Overall, I enjoyed eating here when visiting Haven City.
We came as a group so we really wanted to find food items that can be shared among us and what a great way to do that with pizza! We got the Classic Pepperoni pizza and it came with 8 slices which we shared. The dough is thin chewy and crispy, it had some garlic oil drizzled on top OR it was the oil from the pepperoni but it was flavorful. Just a tad too oily. The pepperoni were crispy and slightly charred and I love the sprinkle of fresh basil on top. I unfortunately couldn't chew the crust because I left it for last and it was a bit hard, it probably would've been better fresh. Overall pretty good pizza for the price to share but at this food court we most likely will be trying more than one place given the variety.
My favorite joint in the Haven City Market in West Covina. They serve good quality pizzas that are always consistent in dough quality and topping quality. You can't go wrong with any pizza. Made fresh to order. Dough is so thin yet light and airy and crispy! Pros: -crazy thin crust and so delicious when eaten fresh -love the topping variety -friendly service -LIVE that they have sausage cups as toppings which I've never seen anywhere else before Cons: -pizza doesn't stay good for long. Choosing where to eat in Haven City can be a hard decision, but pizza won this round. I finally tried Dough Dudes Pizza and wow, no regrets!!! I went straight for the veggie pizza (bc that's the only pizza that truly has my heart), and it delivered!! The basil came through w this bold, almost minty kick that made each bite feel fancy without trying too hard. And that thin crust.... light, crunchy, and dangerously easy to keep eating!!! I couldn't finish it... tragic but also a win bc now I've got top-tier leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Bonus points for the fast, friendly service w smiles!! Smiles go a long way!!
Dough Dudes PIzza is located in the back corner of Haven City near the bathrooms. You can either order one of their specialty pizzas or build-your-own. We got 2 speciality pizzas, The Dude and Meats, which was enough for 4-5 people. Both pizzas were $25 each. I loved the pepperoni cups on both pizzas. I preferred the Meats because the ricotta cheese complimented the meat well.

This is my love letter to Dough Dudes Pizza. Oh how I love this place! I appreciate every little detail that is put into every single slice. The taste consistency is immaculate! My go to pizza here has to be "The Dude" the simplicity of this pizza but then again the craft that goes into every little garlic sliver you get with each bite uffff! And how the pepperonis just curl up with a nice little char ....dear lord!! The service is always great here! Guys please keep doing what you're doing it's amazing! Not bad, comparable to Adamz Woodfire on Stimson and Haliburton in Hacienda Heights. Was trying to order the Hawaiian Pizza but they don't have it on the kiosk. Good amount of char on the underside. Cheese doesn't fall off completely like the margherita with Adamz. But flavor wise, I felt Adamz pizza was a bit better less saltier more of that organic tomato sauce. Dough dude's was on the saltier side. In terms of speed, pizza came out way under my expected time frame. Almost like a 5 minute wait. Not bad. However price wise. Adamz on Haliburton wins. $20.00 a pop per pie, vs here probably due to store rent and more overhead, a pie comes out to 34.00 after taxes. We come to Haven City market to have small family gatherings for various occasions. It's a great place to meet up with friends or family and since there are so many food establishments to choose from, you base it on what you are in the mood for. The last time we came to HCM, I said I would try Dough Dudes pizza, so this visit the choice was already made at our prior visit. We ordered the build your own which is a great option if none of the favorite selection pizzas fit to your liking. So the BYO you choose a sauce, and two toppings included for a minimum price of $24.00. After that you can add more toppings for the additional price based on what the add on is. My only issue here is that you order from the self serve kiosk, even though there was a guy sitting behind the kiosk and I'm sure could have taken my order, but they want you to take your own order. The good thing is, if I'm doing all the work of placing my own order, then I'm tipping myself since all they are doing is preparing the food item we ordered. That is what we are paying for. I did however had some questions which the guy helped me with, so I gave him a small cash tip for the little bit of help. The pizza came out after about 5-7 minutes since they have a super nice brick oven that cooks really fast. The pizza came out perfectly crispy, a little bit of a flop but not enough to give a lower rating. The pizza was well worth the wait until today's order became a reality. A future pizza order is looking very promising here on a future visit. Like I said though, there so many options to choose from that it might be a while before I try Dough Dudes again. Besides what is available inside the food court, there are also walkable eateries just outside located in the same parking lot of the plaza, that you can order from and bring it to the food court area. Really good vibes here. Bf was craving pizza and we stumbled upon this one! We ordered "the Dude" since it seemed like it was a special since it was the most bold in text on their menu. The wait was not bad for them to cook a full pizza, we waited maybe about 10mins, which I thought it would be longer tbh! So we got the pizza, unfortunately they don't give out water here, so we purchased a water bottle. So first impression of the pizza, it's quite greasy. I does feel a too oily, it makes every bite feel pretty heavy. Also this essentially tastes like a pepperoni pizza, with a few garlic pieces around. It's under their specialty menu, but I thought it tasted pretty standard for a pizza. Although, I do actually like the crust of this place. It's soft and fluffy, a little different than most places. Maybe we just didn't pick the right one we liked, but it's a pretty standard pizza to get at the market. Solid pizza choice, but really greasy. read more

I really appreciated that, the dough had such a chewy yummy texture with a great bottom crisp, I would say the pepperoni is extremely salty , once I took it off my pizza I was able to really enjoy it. Dough Dudes Pizza is inside Haven City, the new food court in West Covina. I walked around this food hall, starting from the entrance. I wandered over to this left side of the hall and found something I wanted to eat - pizza! Whereas other places had lines, this vendor seemed to be needing some customers. It made me a little uneasy (but I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe the clientele here doesn't really eat pizza?). The guy who took my order was very friendly! I wish that during the interaction he could have talked about the business, like how they got started, where they get their ingredients, what their popular items are. This is a new experience for many people since Haven City is so new. It would be nice to know some information that makes them stand out or memorable. I got the margherita pizza $19. It was such a huge pizza. For being in a food hall, I imagine that people like to order things here and there from different vendors and come together to share and try. A huge pizza like this doesn't really fit that style. I ended up carrying a huge box back to the car because I had leftover slices. Perhaps they could consider selling pizza by the slice. read more

I can not stop thinking about these pizzas. I believe it was a margarita add pepperoni and one with prosciutto and arugula. I wish I took better notes but we tried a few different places in here. They were fast and helpful at the counter. It was definitely busy but they kept everything moving. I can't wait to return and update my review. read more
If you're looking for some good pizza, look no further than Dough Dudes. This is a great addition to Haven City West Covina as it adds variety to the mostly Asian offerings. We got "The Dude" and it was pretty tasty. The Calabrian chili oil added a bit of heat, it was perfectly cheesy and the pepperoni cups were on point. The dough was fluffy and chewy at the same time. Service was great; they were friendly and quick. We got our pizza after a 15-20 minute wait. Dough Dudes is in a great spot near a couple of drink vendors so highly recommend if you're in the mood for pizza and beer. read more
If you ever find yourself in West Covina with a craving for pizza that absolutely slaps, you gotta go to Dough Dudes Pizza. They are located on the left side of the Haven City Market in West Covina. My friends and I were expecting to grab a slice and go. Plot twist: they don't sell by the slice. Instead, we ended up with a whole pizza, and it was the best accidental feast ever. We went with the Pepperoni Classic "Dude Style" because the look of the photos alone had us drooling - red pizza sauce, gooey mozzarella, roni cups (you know, the crispy-edged pepperoni of your dreams), fresh garlic, basil, drizzled with spicy chili oil. It was love at first bite. They really know how to tie everything together. Funny to think that we initially thought, "there's no way we're finishing this whole pizza" but guess what? We ate all of it. No leftovers, no regrets. The Dough Dudes definitely know how to make pizza. They are really nice, too! Dough Dudes, you've officially stolen a pizza-my-heart (and possibly my health routine). 10 out of 10 I would make the pilgrimage back. Pro tip: go with friends who love to eat because you're gonna want the whole thing and fight for the last slice! read more

Super yummy pizza spot in West Covina! My husband and I ordered the Margherita pizza and added pepperoni chips and jalapeños and it was delicious! The dough is light and crispy and the tomato sauce was good. FYI- it's located inside the New Haven City Market. The pizza came out pretty quick and it's a fun spot to check out if you're in the area. read more
The Dough Dudes seem like nice dudes. Most importantly, they make pizza. In naming themselves, they are self-aware. Their dough is defining. Thin and stretchy, it's tough enough to carry loads of cheese, yet pliable enough to fold (if you like that sort of thing). The Hawaiian's simple sweet & salty profile was equilibrium. I ate 4 slices before it got a chance to cool. The Dude, though, leaned salty. The flavor combo of garlic, parmesan, calabrian chili oil, and Roni cups was impactful, but the sodium needs to be scaled back somewhere. I took my time eating The Dude (sounds weird), but the upside is that the dough's elasticity becomes more apparent at room temp. That just means it'll taste even better at home. The Dough Dudes seem like cool dudes. Most importantly, I hope they keep making pizza. read more

This restaurant allows you to specify how you'd like your pizza baked in a brick oven. You can select "light cook", for those that don't like their pizza with burnt crust. The toppings are fresh and the staff is amazing. read more

I came here and decided to give this place a try. This shop is within the Haven food court where there are many food spots. First off, the pizza came out burnt in several spots, so that was disappointing since I wasn't going for charred pizza. Secondly, the guy who took my order said they would page me on the buzzer when my pizza was ready to be picked up. I waited and waited. Decided to stop by after 20 min and found my pizza had been sitting there all along for goodness knows how long. The employee was standing around chatting with his co workers and never paged me, even though it wasn't busy and there weren't any other customers around. Disappointing customer experience. read more

I love pizza so decided to give Dough Dudes a try on my visit to Haven City Market. Loved that they had a cute red pizza oven to cook their pizzas in. Pizzas only come in one size, so we got the Dude for $25 - I think it was equivalent to a medium size Domino's pizza. First impression: the pizza looks nice, with the cute little pepperoni, but didn't have that much basil on it. My family bit into the pizza and first reaction was "it's so salty". I didn't believe them so I tried it also, and yes, it's really salty. For me personally, the crust will make or break a pizza. The crust here lacked the chew I like, it was flat and like eating cardboard. For $25 I had higher expectations, and unfortunately wasn't that impressed with the pizza I bought. There are many other great pizza joints in the area like Rose City, Pie Trap, Baby Bros, or Curry Pizza Company. The consensus of the family was that it was a 3 star pizza. read more

Ever since Haven City Market in West Covina has had their Grand Opening, I've been wanting to offer my patronage and support to every single one of their businesses. Dough Dudes Pizza was one of the 5 biz that I hit in one day. The nice lady from Jaws Topokki recommended I check them out so I did. The pizza store front is okay... counter space is small though. I guess you don't need much space when you're being handed a pizza or two. They have standard pizzas, specialty pizzas, and build your own pizzas. At first, I came here with the intention to get half Hawaiian and half Vegetarian. However, I was curious about their specialty pizza called The Dude. Hence, I asked if I could get half Hawaiian and half The Dude. Initially, the gentleman behind the register informed me that they don't do half and half for their pizzas. Bummer! But then one of the owners asked what I wanted. I said half Hawaiian and half The Dude. He said they can do it, but would I be okay with the special sauce that came with The Dude. I was fine with it as long as I got my Canadian bacon and pineapple. With that said, I was so looking forward to my half and half pizza which they were willing to accommodate. Thank you Sir! Unfortunately, I didn't open the box of pizza when I was here. When I got home, I didn't get what I ordered and what they said they would accommodate. I was very disappointed. Instead of getting half Hawaiian and half The Dude, I got half The Dude (primary ingredients are roni cups + basil) and half roni only. Funny thing is that the receipt indicates The Dude plus half roni only. I specifically heard the owner tell the gentleman who was taking my order to indicate The Dude plus half roni only and he would know what that means which should have been half The Dude and half Hawaiian. Anyway, the pizza was very good... thin and slightly burnt crust with a good crunch. I love basil, but there weren't much of it... wished there were more of it. Love the cute little roni cups since it's made of pork instead of beef (this was what I was informed). Yeah, I don't eat beef. Sauce was tasty. Staff was super nice and friendly. We came to Haven City Market for dinner and decided to order a pizza at Dough Dudes and we weren't disappointed. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and very attentive. They have great knowledge of the menu, which added another layer of enjoyment to our dinning experience. The eatery appeared to be well maintained with a casual vibe that was engaging and enhanced the evening. Now let's discuss the heart and soul of Dough Dudes, the pizza. We ordered the Dough Dudes Pepperoni (Dudes Style), simply delicious. Each slice was a culinary masterpiece with a perfect blend of textures and flavors that transported my tastebuds to various levels, so good!! In conclusion, Dough Dudes succeeded our expectations by satisfying our palates but created an impressive dinning experience that has inspired us to return and try other pizzas. We ordered through the kiosk at the counter but the workers at this establishment definitely can rocked on us and asked us if we needed any help they would help us with anything we needed. The service was great but the pizza was delicious and made quickly. read more
Heard from word of mouth from a friend that was a huge fan of the pizza the owners made before their shop even popped up, and knew it had to be the first place I tried when Haven City opened up. I'm a huge fan of pizza and make my own at home so I love trying new joints to see stuff I can incorporate myself. The pizza did not disappoint. We ordered "The Dude" which seems more like a classic pep slice, but elevated. They live up the their name because the dough is fantastic. The crust had a great crisp without being too thick, and a perfectly cooked underside. The fresh garlic and chili oil in combination with the fresh tomato sauce provided such an indulgent bite every time. And of course the cheese had a great stretch and was super gooey straight out the oven. I know may not be feasible right now, but would love if they sold some pizza by the slice because they've got some other banging sounding combos I gotta try. But definitely doesn't dock any points. Urge everyone passing by to give this pizza a shot. read more
