Our order was ready for pick up precisely once stated and we had fast, friendly service. A young gentleman assisted me to my car with the pizzas. It was a Saturday night and quite windy (March 7th). His assistance helped immensely, and he was incredibly polite and kind. The quality of the pizza, coupled with the impeccable service and spot on pick up times, will always keep me coming back. I unfortunately have to leave an updated review. I ordered on the app they use, slice. I ordered hot wings but didn't see that I had to change the options from plain to buffalo. I called the store but they told me I clicked the plain option. I didn't, it was automatically clicked apparently. It's confusing why the default option for hot wings would be plain (no hot sauce). The store seemed annoyed, like this happens often. All they said they could do was offer sauce. I am disappointed that this is an issue on their app, that I was talked to like I'm dumb, and the remedy was for me to make the hot wings myself. Love Red Devil Pizza, usually I visit the Upland location. However tried this one and it did not disappoint. We got the Big Bad Wolf pizza and we saw the picture online. It shows Bacon, ham, sausage, etc. we instantly asked for no ham, however when we picked up there was ham on the pizza. The young girl said that was how we ordered it. However after checking the picture I guess they carry both Canadian bacon and breakfast bacon bits and the picture online shows breakfast bacon and Ham. We didn't want either Canadian bacon or ham. Our favorite is a Pepperoni, Sausage, Mushroom, and Black Olive pizza, but I also love the "Big Bad Wolf" meat lovers pizza. The large Antipasto Salad is fresh, and has plenty of meat, cheese, and black olive toppings. Enough for 3 or 4 people to share. The pizzas are loaded with toppings, and the sauce is not acidic, but has just a hint of sweetness. It's a small place inside there is just a counter to order and you can see them prepping your food and a bench to sit and wait. They have tables outside with umbrellas so it's perfect for shade. Probably one of the best pizzas around here in Covina. But the service is garbage. Started juat picking up because delivery is almost always over 1 hour. The last 2 visits the workers spend more time messing around than greeting you at the counter. Its not a big place its just a pick up area so its not like they dont see you. I was told 45 mins so showed up at 45 mins and waited another 15 because they were missing an item.
