Colby and ET Restorations helped by getting me connected with a 3rd party independent inspector who fought for us. Ultimately, we got our roof replaced and ET Restorations completed the job quickly and efficiently. Fast forward to this past week. I found a water leak in the attic. After walking around the exterior of the home, I found three shingles had broke off in the recent storm. I called ET Restorations and they set up an appointment for the following day. Colby and Jon came out and took a look at the roof. They were able to get to work, and quickly replaced the small sections that had broken off. What a great company! Highly recommend.

They didn't start and we couldn't reach them by phone, text, or email. I finally sent them a text message and an email stating that we wanted a full refund by Friday by cashier's check or we would get a lawyer. On Friday we got an email saying that they'd had a problem with their program crashing but that they would have their accountant mail us a check. We haven't been able to contact them since then. Oscar simply told me that it was not possible to change the order. Not sure what you heard on your end, but that's the truth. I would have been open to that. Also, the door I received is not custom, it is a standard size, only the framework around the door is "custom" as is ANY door frame. Here is the language from my contract: "Re-frame the opening to accept a door: 5/0 x 6/8" And from Google: Yes, a 5/0 x 6/8 (60 inches wide by 80 inches tall) is a standard size for Neuma's sliding doors. Neuma offers this specific size as part of its standard offerings, particularly for its Bypass Gliding Doors." So actually, switching my order to French doors would have simply involved extra paperwork. Update: I am lowering my review to one star because Exovations refuses to address the door issue. After a few months it has become apparent that I can't use the heavy glass patio doors they installed. I am disabled and over 65. It is very difficult for me to pull open the heavy door due to a spine injury, and I have tripped on the large threshold. I sent an email to them before installation, stating I needed the door opening to be at least 40" wide to accommodate a wheelchair, and they gave me one that opens to only 22" wide. I recently emailed them to ask that they change out the patio door to French doors, which I wanted in the first place, and they refused. It will now cost me thousands of dollars to have the door replaced.

When the project started I could oversee much of it because I was starting my battle with cancer This was a backyard renovation that included a patio concrete pour, retaining wall, fire pit, grading, new sod and a fence, so I'll address each. The project began with grading which in my opinion was great because I could see where my run of problem would be completely addressed, however when his crew came in to dig out the retaining wall (nice wall) footer that they altered the grading terribly causing most of the run off from the hill to fall back into my yard which in the long term killed off all of the sod, so I'm now installing new drainage and sod. I'm totally dissatisfied with the fence install because when I showed him the fence I walls like from Home Depot he assured me that his carpenter could build it from scratch for less. I hate everything about the fence and here I am three years later looking at solutions for curled wood, splitting frames, failing gate hinges and poor craftsmanship. I'm currently rebuilding the gates myself (they didn't even install handles), but am thinking of replacing the whole fence. I'm very happy with the stamped patio concrete, but the fire pit is basically a self install stone kit you can get from the Home Depot.
