We tried for hours to reach the office but couldn't get through due to phone system issues. When we finally connected, Dr. Cohen questioned why my son hadn't come in earlier and said he could see him Monday. He suggested a local oral surgeon near my son's school, but that office was closed. We had to rely on urgent care and hospital staff for help. My son ended up in the hospital for 5 days. During that time, no one from the office checked on him, and when I spoke with Dr. Cohen, he mentioned phone problems and being busy moving over the weekend. He also said we should have gone to a hospital where he had privileges, which we were never told about. While complications can happen after surgery, the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and compassion from this office was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice.

Let's just say it this way: If I keep getting the service that I'm getting, I will never go…read moreanywhere else! The place is a little small, but it's very neat and clean. The waiting room has a flat screen TV that shows you some of the work the office has done, as well as a tray of biscotti/cookies, a K-cup coffee maker and a mini-fridge filled with water and juice. The receptionist is super friendly and the wait is not long. So far, I've met most of the staff, and they are very accomodating to my schedule and to the fact that I've had to bring my daughter in a stroller with me on a few occassions. When you go to get your teeth cleaned or worked on, the rooms are well lit and there's always some relaxing music playing. I would say the thing I'm most impressed with at this office is all the high-tech equipment that they use. Everything is state of the art brand new and very efficient. I've never had a problem with my teeth after getting fillings and caps put in. They do advice you to come back after 2 weeks if you're still feeling pain and will adjust the bite or fillings at no additional charge. As I said, so far, I've never had a reason to go anywhere else.
