I can also add that he seems phony. I can't recommend Bush Auto, ever. He is fairly new, but if he keeps treating customers as he has treated me recently, he may not be in business for very long. If Bush Auto fails, it's because the owner is lacking in customer service and people skills. If in Humboldt, TN., go to Cowans or Dover Auto, or anywhere else. Those places will give good service, not play games, or waste time. Cowans and Dover Auto will also treat the customer with respect, which goes a long way.

You could tell he is respected by the local police while they worked together quickly and efficiently to get my friend's car out of the way and drop it at a repair shop. On the way to drop her off at her house, my friend mentioned she was not charged as much as she thought it would cost so she was thankful for that. While needing a tow isn't a pleasant situation, it seems D&D made it as smooth, safe, and as low anxiety and low cost as possible. I will definitely call them if I breakdown in the McKenzie, Huntingdon, or Paris areas.
