The lady we worked with was fantastic and actually pulled the one we ended up buying first - she had us try a couple to make sure we had the preferred length and thickness. The price was fair and she cleaned the pendant (and our other jewelry we had on) for free as well as set the pendant on the chain and put it in a complimentary box for us. We wanted to build a custom engagement ring and working with Paffrath was not only an amazing experience, but the result was stunning. Not only that, but very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend if you want to build a non-traditional ring, use Paffrath. The turnaround on the engagement ring was only a month or so, and it'll be about the same for the bands as well.
