His second in command had a completely unprofessional melt down when confronted with discrepancies in the team's reports. The other two people on the team appear to be quite nice -- but are clearly not calling the shots. I wound up ultimately placing a property with another agent who was able to get more than 20% more than what Bryan Midlam assured me was possible. A really negative experience. I really don't trust them.

They con'ed my wife into 1 year agreement and when I asked them to back out, they said they would but I would still have to pay them a commission if it sells. I feel they did zero to market the place, all they did was stick it on the MLS and disappear. I have been self employed my entire life and have never treated or been treated nearly as bad as this place is treating us, Stay away, tell your friends to stay away, Hampton Bays has plenty of great real estate agents, you can do no worst then this place.
