I'd rather have a root canal done by a used car salesman than list a house with them. One of the owners is a bully. I had called from my job one day to ask a question about listing fees and blocked my number because I didn't want sales people calling me. Somehow the owner not only got my number but got my name and address as well as other family members info and called me back and wouldn't let me off the phone. I had to hang up on him. They listed a house for my parents and never once even did an open house! For the listing fees they charge they did nothing! If you want to actually sell your house do not list with them. If you like to get bullied or feel like you're dealing with a used car salesman then they're your realtors.

She called my agent and said we had an accepted offer. We asked when can we do the inspection? She said Wednesday. Then she called last minute and changed it to Friday. We paid for the inspection on Friday. We told them we are sending over contracts. She said the seller's attorney is on vacation so they won't get the contracts till Monday. Sunday night at 7pm, she calls our agent and says if we don't go higher, they're giving the home to a cash buyer. We had one hour to decide if we should go higher. We ended up sending the contract on Monday with the ORIGINAL accepted offer. She called our agent and was belidergent claiming we changed the terms and they're backing out. They went with a cash offer. She encouraged her sellers not to pay us back for the inspection fee. The sellers were amazing people are knew that was wrong and did pay us. They also had no idea their agent demanded more money from them as they never requested more money from us. They said even with the cash offer, they still were going with us. Lisa not only lied to her clients and did not fulfill her fiduciary duties, she cheated us the buyers too. In the end the sellers did not go with the offer they wanted because of Lisa but the buyers also lost the house they were told they got and paid the inspection for. Let this be a cautionary tale for seller agents not to engage in transactions with Lisa, for buyers not to purchase a home under Lisa or use her as an agent.
