All aspects of the service were explained to me, and I was asked whether any additional work needed to be brought to their attention. A confirmation email was received following my booking. The excellent 5 star customer service continued when it came to the day of the service. A phone call was made to me to inform me of the additional work that needed to be carried out, asking for my permission for this to be done after dropping my car off. They then telephoned me to let me know my car was ready for collection. When it came to collecting my car a breakdown of the work carried out was given, including future work that required to be carried out was explained to me fully. A visual health check document was given, so I could clearly identify what work and checks had been done on the car. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this garage again, and would recommend to friends and family.

After phoning the breakdown services we were told to receive a call from the breakdown company who would have to tow our car home to Liverpool. A short time after we received a call to say they where on their way. Iain turned up not long after. What can i say about the service of care we received .BRILLIANT... Our car was pulled onto the tower and we sat up front with the driver Iain, what a wonderful guy, he made our journey home very enjoyable and we soon forgot about being tired and being being on a bummer over the car.
