When I came to Dr. Douglass, 8 years ago, I had 2 herniated discs that were causing such extreme pain that day to day life was dramatically impacted. After an MRI, I was told by my physician that I would require surgery to repair the damage. In an effort to avoid surgery at all costs, I opted to seek the assistance of Dr. Douglass. I figured if the worst case scenario is that I may eventually end up needing surgery anyway, I would be no worse off. But at least in good conscience, I could say that I exhausted all my options first. I realized fairly quickly that Dr. Douglass isn't the run of the mill chiropractor. I was amazed that when I would come in for my treatments, I never once had to tell him where the pain was. He would do an examination and EVERY single time, he'd know exactly where to start. This helped me build trust and faith in him. We were new to the area and finding a new chiropractor seemed like it would be a daunting task. After a couple months of treatments and following his restrictions, I not only experienced restored health, but the sciatica pain and crooked posture were a thing of the past. To this day, my family and I trust Dr. Douglass and are still treated by him. His office is neat and welcoming. His staff, Malinda and Mandy go above and beyond with regards to customer service and support. They greet each person as family and make sure to ask about the kids about their sports and school. One of the most impressive things Dr. Douglass does in my opinion, is he teaches his patients techniques and educates them on the how to's of maintaining their posture and holding their adjustments longer through simple modifications. He's never suggested excessive treatments, only what is conservative and necessary. If I could give Dr. Douglass more than 5 stars, I would. I feel I owe him a massive debt for helping restore my body to full health, without surgery. He is hands down, the best and most knowledgable chiropractor we've ever had. read more

I could tell when I first met Dr. Tim that he was different, he's a chiropractor that cares about my health. This was very refreshing to me because some of the chiropractors I saw before cared much more about the billing schedules than my treatment and left me in bad shape physically. This has never been the case at Douglass Chiropractic. Dr. Tim has helped me tremendously. When I first sought his treatment I was in extreme daily pain, it was almost unbearable. Now I feel great! My condition does not prevent me from participating in any activities I want to, which is impressive considering I have scoliosis. Tim is great! We switched from a chiropractor we were using in Ft Walton. And love the convenient location . Virtually no wait times when I go in for my appointments. Feel like Tim doesn't suggest me coming in too frequently, so I don't feel like he's just trying to get my money. He pushes me out as fast as I safely can go and I'm now at once a month and I enjoy that and feel SO much better! Had a bad accident and had tons of issues that kept popping up. I went to Dr. Douglass for sciatica issues over the last several months. He was amazing. He's a very educated chiropractor and knew his stuff. I was very comfortable with him and his staff. I always got right in to see him and was fully informed of everything he was going to do before he did it. Until I received a surgical procedure that was inevitable, Dr. Douglass kept the pain at bay which allowed me to work and function. I truly don't know what I'd have done without him. Now, post surgery, my condition has been fixed but Dr. Douglass STILL follows up with me to see how I'm doing. Such a good person!!
