Mr. O'Brien never returned my phonecalls - even though his answering service said he would…read more Repeatedly! He also completely dropped the ball on my father's Veteran plaque from the VA. He never sent the appropriate paperwork to the VA to make it happen. He told me he had sent everything in - and that claim turned out to be a complete lie. When I contacted the VA personally - they never heard from Mr. O'Brien or anyone else regarding my father's death. So I took care of ordering the plaque myself, sending the paperwork in, doing all the legwork, etc., - then coordinating with the cemetery officials to have the plaque installed. Basically - I did Mr. O'Brien's job. Families who experience a loss shouldn't be lied to - nor should they be expected to do the work they are paying the funeral director to do. My advice - chose someone else for your family's final needs. Mr. O'Brien obviously has other things on his mind besides doing the job he claims he does. Pathetic customer service.

Bridge Street cemetery is located in a quiet, residential area. It took a few minutes of driving…read morearound the fence to find the driveway. There doesn't seem to be a parking area, but an emptier section in the back you can park in respectfully. You can also drive through, carefully. The road doesn't allow for passing cars. The cemetery was supposedly relocated here from its original location in 1680, so the age of the graves varies wildly. If you appreciate the beauty of a graveyard, you will enjoy a respectful walk through.
